As of iOS 16.4 beta 3 and later you can choose the Apple ID you want to use for beta updates.Now choose the Developer Beta or Public Beta.Choose the new Beta Updates button (it may take a moment to appear).Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad running iOS 16.4.Check out our guide for how to install the beta. Note: You’ll need to be running the iOS 16.4 beta to see the new option or wait for the iOS 16.4 public release. How to turn on iOS beta updates in Settings with 16.4 and later Interestingly, the option was set to “off” by default on my iPhone in the first developer build of iOS 16.4 and it also includes a button for public beta testers.
